Publer lets you prepare posts for several social profiles in one place. You choose when each one goes live. You can see the week on a calendar and change the words for each network. You can also upload many posts at once and repeat posts that stay useful.

It supports Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, YouTube, WordPress, TikTok, Telegram, Mastodon, Threads, and Bluesky. That is wide coverage for a tool with a low starting price.

We think Publer is a good choice for a creator, freelancer, or small team that writes posts in batches. Its publishing tools are the reason to buy it. The reports and agency controls are not as strong. Teams that need detailed client reports or strict approval steps should test those parts on their own.

It is best when you plan a week at once

Publer removes the need to open five social apps to prepare five versions of the same idea. Choose the profiles, add the photo or video, set the date, and preview each version from the same screen.

Changing each network version matters. A LinkedIn post may need more detail. The Instagram version may need a shorter caption and different tags. Publer can start with one post without forcing every version to stay the same.

The calendar then shows what is going out and where. For a person managing several profiles, that view is more useful than another AI caption writer. It helps spot an empty week, two posts that compete on the same day, or a client account that was forgotten.

G2 shows 4.7 from 500 reviews. The clean interface, scheduling, broad network support, and time saved are the most common strengths. Product Hunt and Capterra feedback point in the same direction, though we gave less weight to community conversations where founders or promoters joined the discussion.

Bulk scheduling is useful when the plan already exists in a sheet or file. Publer says Professional can handle up to 500 posts through its bulk tool. That can save a lot of entry work. Every network version still needs a final check. Uploading 100 posts faster is not helpful if they all carry the wrong link or crop.

Social networks still set the rules

Publer cannot make every network accept every post in the same way. Instagram Stories can publish directly for Business accounts, while Creator accounts may need a phone reminder. Facebook Groups and personal profiles also use a reminder because Meta limits direct publishing from outside tools.

Other details vary by network. Instagram carousels cannot mix videos right now. LinkedIn articles are not supported. Some mentions or tags are restricted. These limits come partly from the social networks, but the person publishing still has to deal with them.

Test the exact post types the team uses. Schedule one short video, one Story, one carousel, and one post with a mention. Check whether Publer publishes each one by itself. It may ask someone to finish on a phone. A reminder is fine when the team expects it. It is a failed post when nobody knows it is coming.

Account connections can also expire or lose permission after a social network changes something. No scheduler can promise that this never happens. The team should decide who checks failed-post notices and reconnects an account.

Repeating posts needs a clear end date

Publer can recycle an older post or fill a queue with the next available item. This works well for material that remains true, such as a weekly class, a standing service, a useful guide, or a general product tip.

It is a bad fit for news, limited offers, holiday messages, or anything that mentions today. A recycled post can look careless when the date or context has passed.

Use a clear end date and review the repeat list each month. The tool should reduce repeated work, not keep old claims alive because nobody remembers where the rule was set.

Reports and approvals need their own trial

Publer includes analytics and adds deeper reports on Business. It can show post performance, suggested times, hashtag details, and competitor information.

That is enough for a creator or small team that wants to see which posts received attention. Some larger users describe the reports as basic beside dedicated reporting tools. Custom client reports and deeper engagement details may not go as far as an agency expects.

Permissions and approvals have a similar limit. Publer supports teamwork. Some G2 and Capterra criticism says its roles or approval steps are not detailed enough. An agency should invite one real client and send a post for approval. Return it for a change, approve it, and check that the right person can publish. Do not judge the process from an admin account.

The price depends on profiles and people

Free supports three social profiles and keeps up to ten scheduled posts waiting for each one. It only shows 24 hours of post history, and X accounts require a paid plan. This is enough to learn the calendar and test a small set of profiles.

Professional starts at $5 a month before extra profiles and members. It adds unlimited scheduled posts within daily limits, unlimited history, bulk scheduling, a media library, workspaces, live chat, and X support.

Business starts at $10 a month and adds fuller reports, exports, and suggested posting times. It also includes competitor details, hashtag data, unlimited AI prompts, and more tools for repeated content. Enterprise uses a quote.

Those starting prices are not the team price. Count every Facebook Page, Instagram account, LinkedIn Page, and other profile on its own. Then add the people who need access. Build that total on the pricing page before comparing Publer with another scheduler.

Who should use Publer

We recommend Publer for creators and small teams that prepare a week or month of posts in one sitting. The calendar, network coverage, bulk upload, and repeated-post tools cover that job well at a sensible starting price.

We would not choose it mainly for advanced reports. A large agency may need detailed roles and several approval stages. We would also look elsewhere if the phone app must match every part of the web product.

Schedule one real week during the trial. Use every important profile, change each network version, include a video and a special post type, and watch the failed-post notices. If clients are involved, run one complete approval and make the report they expect to receive.

If publishing the week becomes easier, Publer is doing its best work. If the team spends more time fixing platform differences or rebuilding reports, the low starting price is not the important number.
