We build
things that
answer.
A missed call, a craving at 11pm, a question about your own chart — moments nobody used to be covering. We're three people, not a boardroom, and we'd rather ship the phone system, the coach, and the astrologer than pitch you a deck about any of them.
RankLadder
The phone stops going to voicemail. RankLadder answers before it rings out, using what it already knows about your business, and texts you the job before you've even noticed the missed call — before it becomes work for someone else.
Visit rankladder.appAsk Kazmo
Stop reading your horoscope. Start talking to your chart. Kazmo turns a birth chart into a conversation — ask about timing, relationships, or why this week feels like a lot, then ask again. It answers like the wise friend who picked up at 2am.
Visit askkazmo.comKaivo
A quieter voice for quitting nicotine. Cravings peak around 90 seconds — Kaivo picks up, listens, and talks you through it in real time. No streaks to break, no lectures, just someone on your side at 2pm or 2am.
Visit kaivo.appTwo more in the oven.
Kinetikk
Computer vision for the gym. Counts reps, catches form breakdown, in real time.
Consumer · HealthProteinLoop
One number, every day. The macro tracker for people who only care about protein.
Consumer · HealthThree people who ship something on Tuesday will always beat fifty who meet about it on Thursday.

01
Purpose-built tools.
We ignore hype cycles. We look for unglamorous, everyday problems — missed calls, cravings, macros, a chart nobody explained to you — and build software that solves them and stays out of the way.
-
02
Speed to utility.
No staging environments, no roadmap theatre. We ship the first working version in weeks, watch what people actually do with it, and let real use earn the next feature.
-
03
Small on purpose.
We could grow the team. We don't, because the same people who build RankLadder, Kaivo, and Ask Kazmo are the ones who read what customers say about them. Nobody here is more than one conversation away from the thing that's actually broken.
Hunch to live, in a few weeks.
-
Week 0
Find the pain
We look for unglamorous problems with a clear daily user and a willingness to pay. If we can't describe it in a sentence, we drop it.
-
Week 1–3
Ship v1
A small team puts a working tool in front of real users inside three weeks. No staging, no waiting room.
-
Month 2–6
Find the loop
We watch how people actually use it. The one behaviour that compounds gets all our attention. Everything else gets cut.
-
Year 1+
Keep it running
We operate the products we build. Operators and capital come in only when growth says so, not before.
