Policies: Auto (Progressive), Home (Travelers)

Conversation

Ask for a quote, or call as an existing customer about your policy, a claim or a new car. The agent takes what a licensed agent needs, reads your coverage, logs the claim and the change, and books a call, while the agency’s screen fills in. Bluebird Insurance is fictional; its agent answers as Owen.

Try saying

“I want a quote for my car and my apartment.”
“I’m Chris Patterson, born April 12, 1985. What’s my deductible?”
“Someone backed into me in a parking lot.”
“I just bought a new car and need to add it.”

Bluebird, its customers and their policies are fictional. Try the customer Chris Patterson, born April 12, 1985. Nothing is quoted, filed or changed, and nobody will call you.

Rules Owen follows

Never quotes a price, binds or changes coverage: a licensed agent does
Never says whether a loss is covered: the carrier’s adjuster decides
Verifies the customer by name and date of birth before reading any policy
Never asks for a Social Security number, card or bank details
